Antibacterial coffee is good for your teeth

Coffee is one of those drinks, after which we can forget that we had white teeth - because coffee darkens the color of the enamel. For this reason, coffee was on the black list of dentists in Poland. Recent studies have shown that in addition to this drawback, however, coffee has a lot of advantages, including those that may reduce the susceptibility to decay. This is due to antibacterial properties - detected in coffee Congo, known as robusta.

The Congo coffee contains a lot of antioxidants, making the production of biofilm difficult - a difficult to fight with cluster of bacteria living in the mouth, which leads is caries. The bacterial coating is being broken down and washed away with polyphenols. To ensure the beneficial effects of robusta, you need to drink it black, fairly quickly and without sugar. Keeping coffee in the mouth will make the enamel lose its bright color and you will need teeth whitening in Poland.

All about flossing

Flossing is cleaning teeth with dental floss. It is a procedure which assists brushing teeth (you either  floss your teeth before or after brushing).
Children under 10 years old should not floss their teeth.

How to use dental floss:

Use a thread of the length of 30-40 cm,
Wrap it around the pointing or middle finger
Hold it with your thumbs,
slide between the teeth,
perform vertical movements, up and down (horizontal movements can irritate the gum),
insert the thread below the gum line.

Be careful not to irritate your gums.

Dentists inPoland say that at the beginning of the use of dental floss may appear pain or bleeding after a few days it should give way.
