Negligence of dental hygiene can quickly lead to the formation of tartar on the teeth, bad breath, and caries attack.
Among the delicacies which are quite dangerous for your teeth are: boiled wheat with poppy seeds and honey, compotes and cakes. On the one hand they are delicious and nutritious and thanks to the fruit filling they provide large amounts of valuable nutrients for health. On the other hand, they are full of the main enemy of teeth, which is sugar.
