Secrets of teeth whitening

If your smile is not perfectly white and you can not deal with it, decide on teeth whitening abroad. Before you choose the method of whitening, visit your dentist in Poland.

1. Start with cleaning the teeth- for this purpose it is necessary to visit a dentist. The dentist removes plaque and cleans teeth thoroughly. He/She will do this by using ultrasounds, mechanically or by sand-blasting. This procedure will allow for swift, though little improvement of the color of teeth. By the way, make an overview of the fillings - the old composite fillings gain discoloration after some time. Amalgams by their dark color alter the color of the teeth. Modern filling materials are characterized by a permanent color - if you need, replace old fillings with new ones.

2. Use whitening tooth pastes, gels or whitening strips - you can use them at home. They do not cause irritation and gently brighten the color of teeth - the enamel is whiter by about 2 tons. Whitening toothpastes contain enzymes and active beads, which dissolve the delicate membrane of an organic linking plaque from the enamel surface. Do not use whitening toothpastes for too long. It is not recommended to a person with active paradentosis.

3. Decide on a professional whitening - consult a dentist. He will advise whether you can apply a bleaching overlay that you can use at home, or is it better to whiten your teeth in the office using a special light-sensitive gel irradiated with cold blue light.

If your teeth are still not white enough, your dentist can fix it by perfectly white veneers in Poland.
