Dentistsin Poland
tell us that healthy teeth can be provided only by a well-balanced
diet. And the mistakes made when choosing a meatless diet can pose a serious threat to the health of the entire oral
cavity. Dentists stress
that a vegetarian diet does not provide
the body with all essential nutrients
(including vitamin. B12, B2, D), and calcium
and other minerals are poorly
absorbed and does
not meet the requirements of the organism. To avoid malocclusion you need to include vitamin and minerals. The lack of vitamin D leads to the development of periodontal disease, weakening of the bone structure and the development of caries.

5 steps to beautiful teeth
Dentists in Poland tell us that you do not need a lot of effort to have beautiful white teeth that you are proud of and that are a healthy part of our bodies. It's enough to spend about 10 - 15 minutes a day to properly and carefully carry out hygienic procedures in the oral cavity, and once every few months, take the trouble to see the dentist in Poland for a review of teeth.
Here are the steps to success, which is a healthy, beautiful smile:
Use toothpicks to remove residual food debris between the teeth. It should be done carefully so as not to damage the gums. Do not attempt to force the push toothpicks in interdental gaps, but gentle movements to remove residues away from the gum to the crown of the tooth.
Rinse with mouthwash, which softens and helps remove sediment raid with enamel.
Brushing and flossing - on a dry, soft brush we put toothpaste and gently wash teeth. Do not scrub them too hard, because you can cause damage to the enamel or gums, which can cause inflammation of periodontal tissues. Do not move the brush along the line of teeth, but use scavenging moves away from the gum towards the crown of the tooth. Flossing removes sediment from hard to reach crevices and corners of the teeth.
Rinse after brushing - it is a very important element of hygiene. The mouthwash removes pollutants clean between your teeth and freshens the inside of the mouth.
Control of a dentist - at least once every six months, and if you notice disturbing changes in the enamel - as soon as possible.
