Vegetarianism is unhealthy for teeth

Dentistsin Poland tell us that healthy teeth can be provided only by a well-balanced diet. And the mistakes made when choosing a meatless diet can pose a serious threat to the health of the entire oral cavity. Dentists stress that a vegetarian diet does not provide the body with all essential nutrients (including vitamin. B12, B2, D), and calcium and other minerals are poorly absorbed and does not meet the requirements of the organism. To avoid malocclusion you need to include vitamin and minerals. The lack of vitamin D leads to the development of periodontal disease, weakening of the bone structure and the development of caries.
