Antibacterial coffee is good for your teeth

Coffee is one of those drinks, after which we can forget that we had white teeth - because coffee darkens the color of the enamel. For this reason, coffee was on the black list of dentists in Poland. Recent studies have shown that in addition to this drawback, however, coffee has a lot of advantages, including those that may reduce the susceptibility to decay. This is due to antibacterial properties - detected in coffee Congo, known as robusta.

The Congo coffee contains a lot of antioxidants, making the production of biofilm difficult - a difficult to fight with cluster of bacteria living in the mouth, which leads is caries. The bacterial coating is being broken down and washed away with polyphenols. To ensure the beneficial effects of robusta, you need to drink it black, fairly quickly and without sugar. Keeping coffee in the mouth will make the enamel lose its bright color and you will need teeth whitening in Poland

The importance of toothbrushes

Oral hygiene is one of the most important factors determining the health of our teeth and gums. Each of us must match the brush to the condition of their teeth and gums, dentists in Poland tell us.

Choosing the right brush is very important. For soft bristles should opt those with inflammatory gum, hard should be chosen, if we tend to form tartar.

Those without these problems should use the medium-hard brush, with the artificial hairs of a length of 3 to 5 cm. The tool for cleaning teeth should have a comfortable handle, so it is easy to use. Everything else, for example. a movable head, the shape, or the difference between the length of the bristles on the sides and in the middle of the brush are rather advertising slogans, having no special meaning to our oral health.

Recently popular are becoming electric toothbrushes. Some people make your work easier, but many dentists believe that washing using a manual toothbrush is more careful and more accurate.
