Toothache in winter

Toothache bothers us more often in winter than during any other season. This is because our body is weakened in winter due to the lack of sun, movement, vitamins and a diet that would be rich in fresh vegetables and fruits. We may experience problems with infected teeth and neglected or untreated inflammation, some of which haven’t shown any symptoms previously. Pains and tooth problems are also caused by the activity of the immune system, which during this season must deal with fighting against pathogenic microorganisms.

In winter, the problem of sensitive teeth may reveal itself  - it is mostly the result of untreated gingivitis or improper tooth brushing. The gum line reduces and exposes the sensitive tooth neck.

Inflammation in the mouth is a sign that it's time to meet with your dentist and look for causes of the disease. You will find the best dentists in Poland, which is an extremely beautiful country during wintertime. Dentistry in Poland is maintained at a very high level – the technologies, equipment, specialists and treatments are among the most modern and highly developed.
