Teeth Whitening

There are many teeth whitening products available today, such as tooth whitening toothpastes, gels, rinses, strips, etc. Teethwhitening in Poland should be done on only healthy and clean teeth. If you haven’t had teeth cleaning within the past 6 months, you should repeat it before the treatment.
What are your options?
·        Whitening Toothpastes – all toothpastes contain mild abrasives which remove stains but teeth whitening toothpastes additionally contain polishing or chemical agents. Using whitening toothpaste you will lighten the color of your teeth about one shade.
·        Whitening Strips and Gels – whitening gels contain peroxide and are applied to the teeth directly with a small brush. You generally use it 2 times a day for 2 weeks. The first results are visible within a few days and hold up for a few months. Strips are also directly applied to the teeth and contain peroxide. You should use them for 30 minutes 2 times a day for 14 days. The results last a few months.
·        Whitening Rinses – as most mouthwashes whitening rinses freshen breath and reduce dental plaque and gum disease but they also include hydrogen peroxide which whitens teeth. The result is visible after 12 weeks.
·        Tray-Based Tooth Whiteners – they involve filling a mouth guard, which resembles a tray, with a gel whitening solution containing peroxide. The tray is worn mostly at night for a few hours.
·        In-Office Whitening – it’s the quickest way to whiten your teeth. The dentist in Poland applies the whitening product directly to the teeth. Whitening products can be used in combination with heat, a special light, and/or a laser. Results are one treatment, which lasts 30-60 minutes.

All about Veneers

If you’re looking for a perfect smile, look no further - veneers are your answer! Veneers cover your natural teeth and produce a bright, beautiful smile. Veneers correct different cosmetic problems, from discolored teeth, through crooked teeth to gaps. For advanced cosmetic dentistry in Poland veneers are nothing new and our dentists are true specialists!

Dental veneers are very thin shells made from tooth-like material designed to cover the front surface of teeth. veneers can be made of porcelain or resin composite materials. Most today are made of porcelain to resist stains and so that the teeth shine similarly to natural teeth. The veneers are placed on top of the teeth, hiding imperfections but also to change the size, shape or length of teeth.
For veneer treatment you will need 3 visits. At your first visit, the dentist will decide if you qualify for treatment. On the second visit, a small amount of enamel will be taken to make room for the veneer.  Then teh dentist takes an impression and sends it to a dental lab where the veneers are done. During your third visit, your dentist will attach the veneers to your teeth. Veneers can also conceal chipps, cracks, or uneven teeth. If your teeth are resistant to whitening, veneers will work for you. However you must have healthy teeth to have veneers.
If used with proper care, veneers in Poland can last 10 years or even longer. But remember that veneers are delicate. To minimize the chance of anything bad happening, avoid biting your nails and chewing on hard objects. Regular dental checkups will also help ensure that your veneers stay strong and beautiful.
