There are many teeth whitening products available today, such as tooth whitening toothpastes, gels, rinses, strips, etc. Teethwhitening in Poland should be done on only healthy and clean teeth. If you haven’t had teeth cleaning within the past 6 months, you should repeat it before the treatment.
What are your options?

Whitening Toothpastes – all toothpastes contain mild abrasives which remove stains but teeth
whitening toothpastes additionally contain polishing or chemical agents. Using
whitening toothpaste you will lighten the color of your teeth about one shade.

Whitening Strips and Gels – whitening gels contain peroxide and are applied to the teeth directly
with a small brush. You generally use it 2 times a day for 2 weeks. The first
results are visible within a few days and hold up for a few months. Strips are
also directly applied to the teeth and contain peroxide. You should use them
for 30 minutes 2 times a day for 14 days. The results last a few months.

Whitening Rinses – as most mouthwashes whitening rinses freshen breath and reduce dental plaque
and gum disease but they also include hydrogen peroxide which whitens teeth. The
result is visible after 12 weeks.

Tray-Based Tooth Whiteners – they involve
filling a mouth guard, which resembles a tray, with a gel whitening solution
containing peroxide. The tray is worn mostly at night for a few hours.

In-Office Whitening – it’s the
quickest way to whiten your teeth. The dentist in Poland applies the whitening
product directly to the teeth. Whitening products can be used in combination
with heat, a special light, and/or a laser. Results are one treatment, which
lasts 30-60 minutes.
