Dental floss equals healthy teeth and fresh breath



Many of us limit mouth care to brushing teeth only. Dentists in Poland say it is a mistake, because flossing is one of the basic principles to maintain oral health and prevent tooth decay.
In the areas between teeth, food leftovers gather, which are hard to remove by brushing only. According to some opinions , the use of dental floss is not necessary , if you carefully clean the teeth with a brush. But dentists warn that this is not enough . Furthermore , they believe that flossing is more important than brushing alone , it helps prevent periodontitis and tooth loss and avoid dental implants in Poland.

An important issue concerning the use of dental floss is the fact that it allows to maintain a fresh breath for longer. The cause of bad breath is the accumulation of food from the teeth crevices where bacteria gathers , and these cause bad breath.
