Dentists in Poland tell us that implant treatment does not
apply to patients under 16 years of age, because of their bone development
still continues. It is also not recommended to use implants for the treatment
of persons over 65 years of age.
When tooth loss occurs we also loses the alveolar bone. This
process may be inhibited only by implanting implants in Poland. Often, however,
patients do not know this and so when they decide on implant treatment, they
face the problem of too little bone, preventing the establishment of the
implant. In such cases, the bone is regenerated using bone grafts from other
parts of the body or via the special preparations that stimulate bone growth.
