Lemons freshen breath

Dentists in Poland sat tell us that lemons are an excellent source of vitamin C, which effectively enhances immunity. They also help to delay the aging process and also do wonders for our teeth!

The ascorbic acid contained in lemon inhibits the growth of bacteria. This means that it helps to maintain fresh breath. Lemon juice concentrate can therefore be used as a mouthwash. However, it is necessary in this case, to add water, as a longer contact with an acid may cause damage to the enamel. Remember this, to not harm the health of your teeth.
