Teeth and sweets



Sweets in a very easy way can contribute to the appearance of decay. But what if you do not want to completely give up eating candy? Is it possible to overcome their harmful effects, which they have on the health of your teeth? 

Advice for gourmands who care for their teeth: if you can, eat sweets right after a meal (up to 30 minutes). It is better for your teeth if you eat even a kilogram of candy at once than one every minute!
In the case of children, it is worth considering the introduction of so called “Sweet Saturdays”. The children do not eat sweets at all during the week and on Saturday can eat as much as they please.
