Age is no barrierfor teeth whitening


Is it OK for a 70-year-old to have teeth whiteningin Poland? Essentially, there areno contraindications to this treatment - age does not play the role here.

The toothbrush has 70 years!


The first toothbrush with nylon bristles appeared on the market over 70 years ago -  in 1938. Since then, the basic tool to maintain dental hygiene has modified in a thousand ways.

Although the toothbrush still consists of a head provided with a handle. The predecessor of the modern toothbrush looked quite different: the most common were the delicate twigs of shrubs and trees.

Black list of products unhealthy for teeth


Dentists inPoland say that on the black list of products harmful to teeth there are a lot of items especially loved by children. Among those are, among others:

·       raisins,
·       dry cereal
·        jam
·       Chips
·       Crackers
·       Donuts
·       sweet refreshing drinks.

Each item on the list of the products contains sugar  - it allows the development of caries. 

Dentists advise to eat fish, butter and eggs - these dietary products have a very positive effect on the condition of the teeth and soft tissues of the mouth.
