Chewing gum – is it harmful for my teeth?

Fruits and their effect on teeth



Fruits are a great source of vitamins and nutrients. They have a beneficial impact on us, including the teeth, but under the condition that we know how to eat them. In addition to their important nutrient values ​​they contain acids and sugar, which damage the enamel, by being a breeding ground for bacteria . So what fruit is best to eat?

There are many concerns regarding the consumption of citrus fruits and other acidic fruits. Do not avoid them because they are a valuable source of vitamin C.
