Different types of toothpaste

Toothpastes can be:

·        whitening,
·        antibacterial,
·        immunising teeth to decay,
·        preventing the accumulation of plaque,
·        acting anti-inflammatory,
·        strengthening the gums,
·        increasing resistance to diseases of the oral cavity,
·        regenerative, supporting the reconstruction of tissues,
·        nourishing the mucosa,
·        soothing-healing,
·        refreshing.

There are toothpastes, which action is omnidirectional, e.g. anticaries and anti-plaque protection gums.

If you decide to use a toothpaste of specialized action, you should first consult a dentist in Poland. Your doctor will decide whether the toothpaste is safe for the patient and advise how to use it (some pasoothtes are so strong that they can not be used every day in the normal amount).
