Calcium is good for dental health!




We all know that nutrition plays a huge role in the prevention of diseases and maintaining good oral care. But dentists in Poland tell us that to keep a beautiful, white smile you need to eat properly - and this effect can be achieved by including in your diet products high in calcium!
Calcium not only ensures proper functioning of the nervous system, muscles, endocrine, and the heart, it is also responsible for the structure and strength of teeth and bones. The recommended daily intake of calcium for women is 1100 mg, and 800 mg for men.

Sources of calcium:
- Milk and dairy products such as yogurt, buttermilk, cheese, cottage cheese
- Sardines and herring from the can
- Soy cheese tofu
- Green vegetables
- Whole wheat bread
- Legumes
- Fruits such as bananas, figs, apricots
- Oatmeal
