Dental floss equals healthy teeth and fresh breath



Many of us limit mouth care to brushing teeth only. Dentists in Poland say it is a mistake, because flossing is one of the basic principles to maintain oral health and prevent tooth decay.
In the areas between teeth, food leftovers gather, which are hard to remove by brushing only. According to some opinions , the use of dental floss is not necessary , if you carefully clean the teeth with a brush. But dentists warn that this is not enough . Furthermore , they believe that flossing is more important than brushing alone , it helps prevent periodontitis and tooth loss and avoid dental implants in Poland.

Dental floss is mainly used to remove food debris , but the main task is to remove the plaque that forms on teeth between meals . 

An important issue concerning the use of dental floss is the fact that it allows to maintain a fresh breath for longer. The cause of bad breath is the accumulation of food from the teeth crevices where bacteria gathers , and these cause bad breath.

Flossing should become a habit , which is essential to maintain a beautiful and healthy teeth . An additional benefit of flossing is that dental floss is a small object that you can always have with you and use in almost any situation , whenever we feel that the breath is bad , and in the mouth you feel discomfort.
